Vindale -  Share thoughts & opinions and earn cash via paypal.  I've been a member of this site for awhile and like doing the "my studies" they also have some 'survey's & offers' that cost money to participate in them and if you really want to try those products go for it because these can be quite profitable.

Pollbuzzer Pays you $$$ for answering a single, short question! In fact, PollBuzzer gives you that same amount for every question you answer and pays via PayPal. There’s no cost to sign up. No catch. I just joined a and recently got paid. Very happy to have another new egg and share with you!

20/20 Research — You probably won’t get a ton of surveys from 20/20 Research, however when you qualify for a subject they compensate really well. The smallest compensation on this survey site is $50+. I have read a bunch of great reviews about this site.

Ledgerweb -  Earn survey in dollars or air miles your choice, cash out when you hit the $20 mark.

Tuluna - They often send shampoo or other soaps for testing and review.  Surveys are quick it does take a lot of points to cash out but there are usually several survey invites per day so it goes by faster than you'd expect!

Jingit - Watch videos and earn money.  Simple quick videos, optional smartphone app too.

MyPoints — This is a site which rewards you points for online activity such as reading emails, taking surveys, signing up for offers and so forth. I read the emails and when I remember to I shop using the links (apple laptop purchase = $25 giftcard to Outback Steakhouse) and slowly accumulate points. You won’t get rich quickly doing this, but you can earn enough points by reading emails to get a handful of free gift cards each year.

Swagbucks is a great 'Paid to Search' program.

Random searches give you swag points.   Points can be traded for gift cards to places like Target, Amazon, Paypal and iTunes and many more. Sometimes they will post free swag codes that will give you free points.   They give you Swagbucks just for signing up and 50 more when you have a birthday! And if you refer your friends, you win what they win, up to 1,000 bucks! I replaced my regular search engine with Swagbucks 3 years ago and I'm earning gift cards every month!

Since searching is something I already do I'm calling this a "Passive Income Stream".    I've got a lot to say about passive income, but that will be a post for another day.
